As a benefit of sponsorship for the 8th Annual Wireless Enterprise Symposium, Research In Motion has arranged to provide exhibitors with one lead retrieval device each. You may order as many additional units as you need below.
Bundle Components
The LeadCatalyst solution from Alliance Partner MobileVision allows exhibitors to scan barcodes on attendee badges, answer survey questions and save important prospective client data to the BlackBerry® for retrieval after the show. Your leads are also made available online after the show. Each complete bundle includes a Blackberry smartphone, a Linēa mini-USB attached barcode scanner, LeadCatalyst software, SanDisk® micro-SD card with adaptor (yours to keep afterward with your leads on it) and knowledgeable onsite support staff to help get you setup and stay running smoothly. The Linēa 2D scanner from Alliance Partner Infinite Peripherals features direct USB communication with the BlackBerry smartphone, which eliminates additional wireless connections and allows for one-handed use.
Ordering
For exhibitors who wish to order additional LeadCatalyst units for use at their Demo Pod, please complete the order form below. Note that LeadCatalyst software comes configured with sales leads questions to compliment the scanned attendee data. All questions are available to every exhibitor and are optional – not required – you decide whether or not to use them.
Pricing
Early registration is open through April 17th, 2009. The rental fee for all exhibitors who order online within this time period is $315 per unit for the entire show. Orders received after 5pm EST on April 17th, 2009 will be subject to the late registration show rate of $415 each. Exhibitors may also rent units onsite at WES ‘09 for the same late registration fee of $415 each.
Demo Pod Set Up
Exhibitors are required to arrive and set up their Demo Pod on Monday May 4th between 12:00 - 4:00pm EST. LeadCatalyst units will be available for pickup in the Solutions Showcase area.

Monday May 4th 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Welcome Reception)
Tuesday May 5th 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Wednesday May 6th 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Thursday May 7th 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Dismantle
On Thursday May 7th between 2:00 to 3:30pm, exhibitors will have the opportunity to break down their Demo Pod and return their LeadCatalyst units. You will receive your micro-SD card and USB adaptor at that time. Online lead data will be made available sometime afterward by the Registration company. Any LeadCatalyst unit that is not returned or returned in physically damaged condition is subject to up to a $400 penalty fee. By ordering additional units below you agree to these terms.
